Fixed issue when adding device and Child Lock is unavailable Added lower temperature limit setting

I made all of the proposed changes and fixed an issue that popped up when the device was removed and readded to the Tuya network. This is the final thing. :) |

Most functionality is done, I still have some issues with HA sensors and (hardware) sensor selector.
