Add a
vat_litetransformer that excludesdaiandurnstorage keys.We can use this in combination with the
backfillUrnscommand to more efficiently backfill Vat storage for any blocks of missed diffs. (Use the backfill config in this PR as an example if we need to use this in the future).We'll want to run this from
