Instead of showing the videos page as a thumbnail list, now that no more thumbnails will be provided for particular videos, it is a good idea to rework this page and convert it into a list.

The index is a page that shows every video registered in the system. It has filters and should have a small search engine so that the user can find a particular video given a keyword that should appear on the title or the description.
Add a search box for title/description keyword search.
