New potential File Structure:

Configuration file: /etc/malscan.conf
Application Files: /usr/local/share/malscan/
Sigs and DBs: /var/lib/malscan/
Logs: /var/log/malscan/
Binaries: /usr/local/malscan/
Quarantine: /userdir/malscan/
Manfile: /usr/local/share/man/man1

Switching the quarantine location to:

/root/.malscan/quarantine because a hidden directory seems like the best idea.

The binaries are going in /usr/local/bin/
