Not properly triggered by all spells that cause a non-periodic critical strikes.

try
UPDATE spell_proc_event SET procFlags = 4368 WHERE entry = 67712;
UPDATE spell_proc_event SET procFlags = 4368 WHERE entry = 67758;

i'm on vacation, so not have normal access to servers for testing.

With those procFlags not proc with any spell T.T.
