vc 100 === also restored creating crash logs for windows users .. still a few warnings but ... after a few hrs im tired of staring at the screen ...... ;)

VC support removed not by principle, but because it has long been no support and it brings more problems than good. Currently assembling in windows works fine via cmake. More correct would modify cmake scripts that they maintain all appropriate VC futures
Also some your corrects in config headers not correct - versions must be parent from highest config header.

ya i have yet to figure out why cmake doesnt produce a crash report on windows. not sure im im over looking whats in front of my face or what so what this way maybe help out any other users .. plus it was late and a rough draft ..... ;)
