Confusing error from torus machines list #79

  • Have no machines created
  • torus machines list
  • Receive message "Machine roles not found."

This is confusing because it's no so much that the roles aren't found, but there are no machines.

The early exit happens here, but we should probably do the machines lookup prior to that.
