Currently, both hcloud-node and baremetal-node modules expose a variable for the talos_version to use.

In some cases, when developing on a feature, or running your own flavor of installer, you need to specify some not-yet-released image.

It'd be helpful if an URL could be passed in that case, instead of only the version string.
