This issue was originally TRAC 10848

As an offshoot from http://trac.mantidproject.org/mantid/ticket/8918, create a script that can give a list of algorithm names that violate the standards described [http://www.mantidproject.org/Mantid_Standards here]

We do have a system test for our code conventions, https://github.com/mantidproject/mantid/blob/master/Code/Mantid/Testing/SystemTests/tests/analysis/CodeConventions.py, which I think should suffice.
