…ends_missing_jsoncpp Dependency added as described, running dpkg -I mantid_3.2.20141217.1547-1_amd64.deb on the generated package results in libjsoncpp0 showing up in the list of dependencies.

The changes are on develop so you can check the deb/rpm packages from the latest build to see that they have the correct dependency.
