Fixes #15136

Tester:

See #15136 for a description of the problem and run the example script. With this fix, you should get the following QxQz map

I still don't understand why we need to have the source in the "correct" position (i.e. at (0, y, -z)) for ConvertUnits, but we have to have it at (0, 0, -z) for ConvertSpectrumAxis.

@shahrozahmed1 You will have to merge this manually to origin/release-v3.6.0 once you decide it can be merged

Seems to produce similar QxQz map as shown above with logarithmic view. The code changes made look clean, this branch is ready to be merged. A new pull request will be opened so it can be merged to the release branch.
