Adding a fitting range tool to MultiDatasetFitting interface #392

Trac ticket #10474

To test

  • Start the interface from Interfaces->General->Multi dataset Fitting.
  • Load some data
  • Change fitting ranges for individual spectra and for all simultaneously.
  • Fit some function. Check that the correct ranges are used.

If I was being really pedantic I would say it would be worth documenting the fact that double right click resets the range when the range tool is enabled, but seems to work fine.
