Pass COR and tilt to CIL reconstruction. Also inline get_IMAT_AcquisitionGeometry, as the 2 cases no long share much code.

Description
Pass the centre of rotation and tilt to CILRecon's geometry. CIL measures from the centre and scales with pixel size. For the tilt CIL expects a vector.
