Steps to reproduce

node v20.12.2

  1. git clone https://github.com/mantinedev/remix-template.git
  2. cd remix-template
  3. npm install
  4. npm run dev
  5. Navigate to http://localhost:5173/
  6. Open Welcome.tsx
  7. Hit CMD+S (save). You don't even need to change anything.

Expected:
Nothing changes

Actual:
CSS gets stripped from UI

And is not restored unless you do a full page refresh.
