Fix #0013083: Only 50 bugs (default) are shown

function call filter_api.php, line 1034 it's writen "-1 indicates you want to see all bugs"

That's a really little change, but I'm new so I start small. Thanks for all your good job !
(and sorry for my english, that is not perfect...)

Is it possible to correct 1.2.x ? I don't find how to fork anything else that master.

I've merged your first commit into master and replicated into in master-1.2.x. Not sure what your second commit was trying to do so I left it out.
