clarify callbacks docs

I'm trying to understand how callbacks changed from Middleman v3 to v4. Is it correct that before_configuration, after_configuration, before_build, aโ€ฆ

`after_s3_sync` functionality in v4

The after_s3_sync was removed in v4 since Middleman v4 doesn't support hooks anymore. Is there any other way to implement the same functionality? Iโ€ฆ
