Watchbot command stderr output not captured in version 7.0 #362

The imagery team has a new watchbot stack with a Python command and @wboykinm and I were puzzled when our command's log messages didn't show up in Sumo. We reverted to version 4.20 (like PXM uses) in https://github.com/mapbox/imagery-catalog/commit/d9912c978b818639e2c6909d371c75db5fea03ee and see the messages we expected.

Python's logger sends to stderr by default. I didn't see a mention in the change log so it looks like this was not an intentional watchbot change?
