Upgrade 9.1.0-beta.2 to Telemetry SDK 5.0.0

@mapbox/maps-android for the next release of 9.1.0 (beta.2), we should upgrade the telemetry SDK to v5.0.0.

• The major version bump is for properly signaling the Android X upgrade in Telemetry, so it has parity with the current version (4.7.3). There are no new breaking changes.
• It also includes an improvement that replaces a change released in 4.7.2 (and the previous change has been reverted in 5.0.0)

Updated the OP per latest conversations with @nkukday @harvsu . 5.0.0 has been released so it's not blocking our beta.2. https://github.com/mapbox/mapbox-events-android/releases/tag/telem-5.0.0-core-2.0.0

If there is a 5.0.1 published with a bug fix that's being tested before our 9.1.0 stable is released next week, we will upgrade to 5.0.1. Otherwise, we will stay on 5.0.0.
