Rotation with two finger gesture is very hard to do in Android

Seems like a lot of rotation gestures are detected as zoom gestures. This is kind of the opposite of #6562

Platform:
Android

Mapbox SDK version:
4.2.0-SNAPSHOT

Steps to trigger behavior

1. Try to do a map rotation with the usual two finger gesture.

Expected behavior

With good rotation gestures, map should rotate.

Actual behavior

In a lot of occasions, the map zooms instead of rotating.
