Telemetry data fills up storage quickly (and it seems to be on by default) #331

Description

App crashes because of out of storage after 10-15 minutes

Expected behavior

Clear cache if running out of storage, default should be off (without calling startRecording)

Actual behavior

App crashes

Configuration

Device: iPhone 11
OS: iOS 13.6
