normalize mask 0 (nodata) to 255 (valid), plus tests. fixes #25
This class encapsulates execution of masking algorithms over windows of a source dataset.
Introducing NodataPoolMan
Add an all_valid() masking function.
Keyword arguments given to the mask method are passed, in a roundabout way, to the manager's algorithm.
Restore keyword arguments.
