Missed the target, but as of tonight we've got no unaddressed issues and just 3 PRs to finish and merge.

@brendan-ward @geowurster I'd like to release this before Friday if we can. Merging or postponing #408 #412 #414 are all that's left to do.

@sgillies @brendan-ward made some comments but I'm actually on vacation / at a family reunion through Friday. This is a nice retreat when things get too loud but those moments are unpredictable so no guarantees from me that I will be able to look at everything else by then.
