would allow us to keep color detail throughout the process for use with rio color, etc

Currently the only output is a single RGBA 8 bit tif.

I'd like to make the behavior follow closely to rio-toa with a --dst-dtype option

single band output instead of stacked RGB is inherent in the pansharpening process, let's keep stacked output
