Add highlighted themes to the home page

In the config folder, create a local.yml file if it does not already exist and add that content in it:

client:
    highlightedThemes:
        - a58d4f
        - c5f2s4

Where a58d4f and c5f2s4 are the identifiers of the themes you want to add to the home page.

Those identifiers can be found in the themes url (eg: https://www.mapcontrib.xyz/t/a58d4f-MapContrib).
