This pull:

  • Adds a Makefile target to make it easier for a noob to regenerate the docs.
  • Updates the CONTRIBUTING.md accordingly
  • Regenerates the docs after this fix: 9fb513c

Questions:

  • @mapsam: what do you think about using this Makefile target? If you like it, do you see ways it needs improved?
  • It looks like the regeneration I did added the <version number> a few more places than before. @mapsam: is this okay/acceptable?
