Map download error notification only opens app #188

Instead of only opening the app, clicking the map download error notification should directly open the Maps -> Download section to be able to restart the download more quickly.

As far as I remember, map download should automatically restart after clicking failed notification. Does it work now on Android/iOS?

I just tested this and it does not automatically start the download.
