I think it is feature, but before that, can I did it by java script code?

Ah, I forgot to implement this function. I'm going to implement this in the next version, but I will give you the patch before the next version. Just a wait please.

Thank you for your contribution. I implement this feature in v1.0.9.
In order to update the plugin, you need to uninstall at once, then install again.

$> cordova plugin rm plugin.google.maps
$> cordova plugin add plugin.google.maps --variable API_KEY_FOR_ANDROID= --variable API_KEY_FOR_IOS=
