Allow for 'local' calendar

Virtual worlds don't have to share our calendar, nor even our calendar system. For instance, the virtual world I currently run is currently on "year 1", of a calendar called as "IT" (like our world has BC/AC), and where each year takes exactly the same time as one "real" month.
