- Update some dependencies
- Relax dependencies (consumers may choose the minor version they want)
- Run Travis with both relaxed and fixed version (as recommended by Elixir guides in 1.12)
This is mentioned as a best practise in the updated libraries guide from Elixir 1.12. https://hexdocs.pm/elixir/master/library-guidelines.html#dependency-handling
