The '.github/**' path has been removed from the paths-ignore list in all Github workflows. This implies that changes in '.github/**' will now trigger the associated Github workflows, which was not the case previously. This change ensures that updates in Github related files are checked regularly for quality, style, coverage, and tests.
The testing workflows have been updated to only use the Ubuntu-latest OS. This change has been made on both the pull request tests and regular tests. The Windows-latest OS has been removed from the testing matrix.
