  1. Added a verbose (-v) flag for the --headless mode. This makes the program print the tape state for each step.
  2. Fixed issue Single-step forward state not updating #9
  3. Fixed examples 1 and 2
  4. Modified the RuntimeError exception so that it launches a popup with the error
