Es sollte möglich sein, über die API gezielt bestimmte Attachments abzurufen. Das mindeste ist der Abruf über die numerische ID.

Später, wenn unser Backend das leisten kann, können Filter und Suchmöglichkeiten hinzu kommen.

Eine URL reicht, mehr API braucht man dafür nicht.
