An R markdown file to analyze a demo dataset downstream from QuaMeter analysis.
This analysis was conducted on the tsv file produced from QuaMeter analysis of the dataset. The analysis is accompanied by the tsv file generated from the dataset mzML files using QuaMeter ID-free mode available from http://proteowizard.sourceforge.net/download.html.
