Bug fixes
Remove nonfunctional Download Play option from multiplayer menu
Fix crash after game resets after losing wireless connection
Replace pause menu with MvsL one (fixes glitchy options screen in pause menu).
Undid glitchy Mega Goomba zoom fix.

Slowed down hanging rope movement speed (only one speed now - holding run button doesn't do anything)

Added basic kicking ability when you press R (currently it just breaks blocks, and only as Mega Mario)
Mega Mushroom doesn't move anymore
Mega Mario is larger, the camera zooms out when you get the powerup and the powerup lasts longer
