CKMR course, St. John's NL Canada, July 2024
This repo will contain all the materials for the 2024 Close-Kin Mark-Recapture course in St John's. Before the course starts, there will probably just be some R instructions ("Rcrib24.pdf") and other background. As the course progresses, I will upload slides & code & datasets. You should be able to raise Issues. (The R packages required to run the code are stored elsewhere, as explained in "Rcrib24.pdf".)
I plan to leave the repo open for a goodly while after the course ends, but perhaps not forever. Note that this is a private repo for course attenders; please don't circulate the material outside that group without first checking with me.
