Improve self-test to a) wipe better at failure, and b) detect cluster and skip group stuff if not found. Not entirely sure how to do that technically yet, though..

Provided a fix to skip host-set-group for standalone nodes. Without that running self-test against a standalone node with task schedules will result in:

ADMIN-DEPENDINGSCHEDULEDTASKS: (err:FOER0000) There are depend tasks on the host or the associated group. Delete those first before moving host 5734251950821570691 to a new group.
