Scorecoin 2.0.1

This is the release from 23 December. As per request Staking time was reduced to 1 hour. Further, a bug on synchronizing had been fixed. We didn’t published an extra release back then for this version but updated the master as well as the related branch. For the sake of convention, we decided to rectify.

Previous versions are not compatible.
