Describe your feature request

When we select some characters, popup shown like this:

Well, I hope it can contain ruby format feature, that when I click that, it will make that selected characters wrapped with <ruby><rb>selected words</rb><rt></rt></ruby>, so that I can quickly just input the <rt> part.
Is that possible?
Or if we can customize that quick labels, that will be COOOOOL ;)
