With this release, the tool has been renamed from pipfile-diff to pipfile-util. pipfile-diff wasn't a very good name-choice with the upcoming features I have in mind, so I decided to rename the tool early before anyone actually uses it.

The original pipfile-diff functionallity has been moved to pipfile-util diff. From users perspective, there are no other changes in this release.

Currently only allows you to diff an existing Pipfile.lock against a version from git.
