I'm currently just getting started with Pie Launcher and I'm loving it. Unfortunately, since I'm used to drag up to open app menu with several launcher, I keep accidentally open app that I don't want to open. If possible, please add option to hold delay with this flow:

  1. Hold for X second(s) without moving thumb. If thumb moved, cancel Pie shortcut.
  2. Open Pie shortcut after X second(s).
  3. Drag thumb to shortcut to open the app.

Thank you

Hi, and thanks for the feedback!

Do you know there's a new option in the latest version to have an icon in the pie menu that opens the app drawer? It's in the settings, in the "App Drawer" category. Set "Opens with" to "Icon in pie menu". Then, if you move that open app drawer icon to the top of the pie (in the pie editor), you can have Pie Launcher behave like you're used to 😉

Oh, I see the latest version on github now... Perhaps the f-droid and play store version currently not updated yet? In any case, I'll download the github version. Thanks for the info

Ah, yes, f-droid usually takes a bit longer to update. Sorry for that 🙈 But the Play store should be on the latest version!

Please note that apps from f-droid are signed by f-droid and therefore cannot be updated via the Play Store or the GitHub download, unfortunately.

Oh, right the play store version have latest version.

Yeah, that's probably why it doesn't say "Update" and says "Installed" instead
