Description:

The southsea pirates at Lost rigger cove are level 80 elites.

Current behaviour:

Southsea pirates in Tanaris at Lost rigger cove are above the level zone levels.

Expected behaviour:

The southsea pirates should be about level 40ish I believe since tanaris is about level 40-50

Steps to reproduce the problem:

Find their level change in the DB and fix it.
