Visual issue Westfall (random spotlight)

Description:

A nice spotlight in the middle of nowhere in Westfall. Been there earlyer today and now i returned and its still there (3 ours later or so) Relogging didn't help

Current behaviour:

Spotlight from the sky

Expected behaviour:

No spotlight in Westfall

Steps to reproduce the problem:

Be in the vecinity.

this looks to be a visual bug from the lunar event as it looks to be an npc's location
