eluceo/ical 2.7.0 conflicts with php 7.4.6

Hi,
I am trying to install eluceo/ical with this command

# php composer.phar require eluceo/ical -W
Using version ^2.7 for eluceo/ical
./composer.json has been created
Running composer update eluceo/ical --with-all-dependencies
Loading composer repositories with package information
Updating dependencies
Your requirements could not be resolved to an installable set of packages.

  Problem 1
    - php is present at version 7.4.6 and cannot be modified by Composer
    - eluceo/ical 2.7.0 conflicts with php 7.4.6.
    - Root composer.json requires eluceo/ical ^2.7 -> satisfiable by eluceo/ical[2.7.0].

You can also try re-running composer require with an explicit version constraint, e.g. "composer require eluceo/ical:*" to figure out if any version is installable, or "composer require eluceo/ical:^2.1" if you know which you need.

Installation failed, deleting ./composer.json.

But this fails. Can anyone help?

PHP 7.4.6 is broken. See #162.

Solution: Don't use PHP 7.4.6 and update PHP to the latest 7.4.* version which is 7.4.32.
