Emrooz with knowledge and data stores

This release includes the newly added knowledge and data stores, with Sesame and Cassandra implementations. The API has changed considerably and there are a few command line tools to load and query data. The release also includes functionality to load sensor observations from LI-COR *.ghg files.

Includes the sensor observation API

The API makes it easier for client applications to create sensor observations. Their representation is taken care of by Emrooz.
