Alveo and Apiary Fund Rules and Limitations

Alveo and the Apiary Fund impose the following Rules and Limitations on trading;

• No single trade can lose more than 2% of the current account balance otherwise account trading will be suspended.
• An account cannot lose more than 5% of the account balance in one day otherwise account trading will be suspended.
• An account may not have open position totaling more than 2 standard lots.
• A new position order may not be sent more than once per second otherwise the order will be refused.
• The Alveo platform has a maintenance period between 17:00 to 17:06 New York City (Eastern) local time. During the maintenance period, no trading can be done and many of the Alveo functions are disabled.
