This PR will upgrade dependent packages to latest by using
yarn upgrade(-interactive) --latest.It includes the upgrade of Marpit framework and Marp core. They have an improvement of conversion performance.
Several tests are broken by upgrading type definition of Jest (DefinitelyTyped/DefinitelyTyped#29306). We have stopped
SpyInstanceand useMockInstance.
