Migrate to the MSBuild-based project system using 1.0.0-rc4-004788 of the tooling/SDK instead of project.json. Changes also include:

  • Download the .NET SDK install script from GitHub instead of including in the repository.
  • Remove redundant calls to tools versions from CI scripts.
  • Cause the Travis CI build to fail on the first error.
  • Fix the VS Code debugging configuration.
  • Use dedicated Startup class for tests to allow them to have their own settings.

Replaces #120.
