This repository is devided into three parts/directories: preparation of the raw data, analysis of the databases and presentation of the results. Primarily, open-source software R, PostgreSQL with PostGIS-plugin and QGIS are used. Every directory contains a separate readme.md with a documentation. General topics are handled in the wiki.
