Very first release!

This is my first ever release of rb3_driver. I am calling it v0.0.1-beta as, although I am happy with how it works on my system, I have not yet had any feedback about how it runs on anyone else's computer.

It is now a fairly complete emulation of the MIDI-mode functionality of the keytar, in wireless mode - the only thing that does not work is LED output.
