Allow a user to ignore or set an override color for a snippet by clicking a gear icon on the right edge of the token button. This would open a highlight settings modal.

The user can set a global or local(snippet) color or ignore the token global or locally. When loading a snippet, the UI would use a hierarchy rule set (local -> global -> default) when determining which highlight buttons are available
